Peppermint cake pops

Since it's the Christmas season, I decided to make some cake pops that have a winter feel to it. I made a white cake and a peppermint frosting and added some crushed candy canes to it for a little minty crunch, I then coated it in a vanilla chocolate coating and added sugar crystals and more crushed candy canes. When you take a bite from this you'll be craving some nice warm eggnog to go with it, it's that good. I have decided to use bamboo sticks as you can see verses the paper sticks, they are made from recycled materials and are Eco friendly.
